Pixelworks Inc. reported Q3 net losses of $4.7 million, up on losses for the same quarter last year of $1.2 million, on turnover which rose to $18.8 million from $13.7 million. For the nine months there were losses of $621,000, an improvement on losses of $11.4 million a year earlier, on revenue of $62.2 million, up from $37.4 million. The company said that the market was becoming more favourable, with demand for better picture quality and video-centric solutions increasing. Its digital projection business grew 39% YoY.
