Alongside Amazon Prime Video and general stability improvements, the latest firmware update for Panasonic’s UB820 Ultra HD Blu-ray player also adds Dolby Vision support, making the UB820 the first of its kind to support both the Dolby Vision and HDR10+ formats.
The device only supported standard HDR10 out of the box when it launched last month. HDR10+ support was also added later by way of a software update.
