Embedded touch panel solutions are being investigated by Huawei, for smartphones to be released next year, say industry sources. Huawei currently uses embedded touch in its Ascend P7 smartphones; the sources indicated that it will be used on entry-level, mid-range and high-end units in 2015.
Pegatron is expected to ship about 25 million iPhone 6 handsets before the end of 2014, say reports from Asia.
