Ocean Outdoor Takes Personalised Ads to Vehicles

Ocean Outdoor has installed vehicle recognition technology at the Holland Park Roundabout in West London. The three digital screens installed on the side of the Westfield Shopping Centre nearby are thus able to talk directly to car owners and show personalised adverts, based on on collated demographic data. For example, sports cars are often driven by 25-34-year-old men. The technology will be rolled out to three other UK cities this year.
