Chinese language news broadcaster New Tang Dynasty TV (NTD TV), based in NYC, has upgraded its playout system with Playbox. The broadcaster was using Playbox’s Airbox system at its Houston channel, and has upgraded to the Airbox Neo. As well as running on the same servers, Playbox Neo adds featured such as the ability to simulcast in SD and HD.
