MSI announced some new gaming monitors at Computex. They are:
- 38″ MEG381CQR Plus – 3840 x 1600 IPS with DisplayHDR 600, 2300R and 175Hz with G-Sync Ultimate. A small OLED display with rotary control is integrated in the lower left edge of the screen.
- 34″ MPG341QR – 3440 x 1440 144Hz/1ms
- 32″ MPG321UR-QD and MPG321QRF-QD have QD BLUs and UltraHD & QuadHD and 144H and 175Hz refresh, respectively.
What We Think
Somehow, I missed the first appearance of this small OLED display feature more than a year ago on the MEG381CQR (no Plus). Data can be sent from the PC to the display, according to Tom’s Hardware last year, but we couldn’t dig much up about the feature at press time. (BR)
