German consumer electronics company MEDION today announced that its new 7-inch MEDION® LIFETAB® P7332 tablet will be sold exclusively at ALDI stores in the United States. This product will be offered as a Special Buy with limited quantities available. The tablet provides quality performance in a 0.33 inch thin and 0.62 pound high-quality metal build, making it a sleek, durable and affordable option for on-the-go consumers’ shopping lists this holiday season.
The new LIFETAB tablet features a vivid 7-inch HD (1,280 x 800) multi-touch display that brings movies and photos to life. Thanks to the IPS technology, users can easily view their content from various angles and with the tablet’s G-sensor, users can also rely on the tablet to adjust the screen display according to its orientation.[1] And with the tablet’s integrated GPS and e-compass function, which doesn’t require cellular or internet connection, users can navigate from anywhere.
While out-and-about, users can capture images, shoot videos and video-chat with the tablet’s integrated front and rear 2 MP cameras. Users can also store their multimedia in LIFETAB’s 16 GB internal memory, which easily expands to 128 GB with an external memory card option[2], and multitask on their favorite applications with the 1 GB DDR3 RAM memory. The LIFETAB features an Intel® Atom™ Z3735G processor (up to 1.83 GHz) and runs on the Android™ 5.0 Lollipop operating system, which provides a smart and intuitive interface for a seamless user experience.
Pricing and availability
The MSRP for the LIFETAB P7332 tablet is $79.99. The tablet will be available starting December 2nd exclusively at ALDI stores in the U.S. (some stores earlier), and comes standard with a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. Limited quantities are on hand. ALDI operates nearly 1,500 stores in over 32 states in the U.S.
