Medion is the consumer brand of Lenovo. This year it was showing several notebook/tablet hybrids designed for mobile and extended use, in the Akoya range. However, our eyes were first caught by the larger displays.
A concept 55″ curved UltraHD TV was being shown, production of which will depend upon customer feedback. It is known as the X18028 and uses an embedded triple tuner. Medion’s TV sales dominantly take place in Germany – specifically through Aldi – so even if this model goes into production, it is unlikely to be seen in the wider European market.
