JCDecaux subsidiary MédiaKiosk has renewed its contract to design, supply, install, maintain and operate digital kiosks in Paris. The contract began on the 1st July and will run for 15 years. In the process, MédiaKiosk will replace and modernise 360 of the city’s existing newsstands with a new self-service kiosk; the rollout will begin in June 2017. Each will feature external signage, and 100 will use interactive digital screens on the outside. The upgrade will be financed by the operation of approximately 4,000 advertising panels.
