LG Electronics has integrated Disney+ into its LG Automotive Content Platform (ACP) which sits on top of its webOS. Disney+ joins a lineup of popular apps such as Netflix, YouTube, TikTok, and more on the LG ACP.
The Disney+ app for LG ACP is initially available in South Korea and will soon roll out to the United States and other markets. Access to Disney+ in vehicles will require a subscription.
LG ACP is part of LG’s PlayWare entertainment system, promoted by LG as dleivering ultra-high-definition content and proprietary spatial audio with major streaming apps and channels. PlayWare uses advanced AI Audio technology to convert audio content into spatial sound..
