Lenovo announced Q1 net profits of $77 million, a turn-round from net losses of $72 million a year ago, on revenue which rose 19% to $11.9 billion from $10.0 billion. Last quarter, Lenovo combined its PC and smart devices groups into its Intelligent Devices Group and said that rethinking the ways devices interact had led to the growth in turnover.
