Lenovo has started to sell its smartphones in Kenya following a launch in Nairobi. Safaricom is reported to be rolling out a 4G network in the country, while Airtel is expected to do the same. This is expected to boost smartphone data usage. The Communication Authority of Kenya estimates there are 26.9 million internet users in the country.
