Lenovo Group reported its results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2018. Net revenues of Q4 FY18 were $10.63 billion, an increase of 11%, compared to $9.57 billion in Q4 FY17. Net profit for Q4 FY18 was $33 million, a decrease of 69%, compared to net loss of $107 million in Q4 FY17.
Net revenues of the full fiscal year 2018 were $45.35 billion, an increase of 5%, compared to $43.03 billion year-on-year. Net loss for fiscal year 2018 was $189 million compared to the net income of $535 million in fiscal year 2017. This loss was primarily attributed to a one-time non-cash write off charge of $400 million from deferred income tax assets in Q3 FY2017/18.
In fiscal year 2018, Lenovo group made significant growth across major segments. Personal Computers and Smart Devices (PCSD) reported revenue of $32.4 billion; up 8% from FY17 whereas Data Center Group (DCG) recorded revenues of $4.4 billion in revenue, up 8% from FY17. The Mobile Business Group (MBG) revenue for the full year was $7.2 billion.
