LeEco has announced a Chinese-market initiative to provide easy access to Chinese-language content seamlessly through LeEco’s open eco platform of products in the US.
LeEco has built partnerships with many US Chinese TV stations, by adding a variety of local Chinese content to its existing Chinese film and TV programming. The content includes 100,000 hours of videos, 500 episodes of original TV shows a year and hundreds of live channels which are all available through Letv.
Some of the media companies that have joined the ecosystem, include Sky Link TV, ICN TV Network, Dingding TV, UChannelTV, Wall Street Multimedia, OX3 TV Production, GCTV and Singtao TV.
LeEco customised its LeTV Box U4 for the US Chinese market and provides users with a high definition audio-visual experience. LeEco has also launched a Chinese language website that enables Chinese individuals to purchase LeEco products using their native language.
Earlier this month, during the LeMall 414 Eco E-Commerce Festival, LeEco offered special discounts in China, India, Russia and Hong Kong, as well as the start of special promotions, until 21st April, for the Chinese community in the US, on Super4 X43 Pro, LeECO U4 Box and uMax 85.
