LDM Product Roundup – Vol 23 No 24

Dynascan is showing three high-brightness LFDs at the Digital Signage Summit in Munich this week. The first is the 75″ DS751LT4 (2,500 cd/m²), which is being demonstrated in Europe for the first time. The other two were seen at ISE 2016: the fanless 55″ DS552LT4 (3,500 cd/m²) and 65″ DS652LR5 (4,000 cd/m²).

Two new Chromebooks have been spotted from Lenovo and HP. The Lenovo model appears to be an addition to the N22 lineup launched in March, with an IPS panel and a touch display. It was found by Brent Sullivan on Google Plus. The HP model was seen in an offical document and is apparently called the 11 G5 (http://tinyurl.com/jyp6ajj). It will have an 11.6″ (1366 x 768) display, with both touch and non-touch models. A 1.6GHz Intel Celeron processor, 2GB/4GB RAM and 16GB/32GB storage will be available. Release dates were not leaked, but these models will probably be available for the back-to-school season in August/September.
