LCD TV sales are expected to reach around 5 million in the USA during Q4’14, representing 6% QoQ growth. Sources at AUO noted that the US TV market grew 5% QoQ in Q3, with area shipments rising 14% and average TV size climbing to 41.4″. In Q4, demand for 40″ – 65″ and UltraHD TVs will rise, the sources said.
