Monthly shipments of large panels for the four main Taiwanese suppliers were down 2.2% MoM but up 17.9% YoY to 21.11 million.
AUO posted July sales of NT$25.8 billion ($841.8 million), down 8.5% YoY. The company shipped 9.79 million large panels, up 1.7% MoM and 10.9% YoY.
Innolux recorded revenue of NT$25.2 billion ($822.2 million) for the month, a decrease of 0.8% YoY. There were shipments of 11.04 million large panels, a fall of 5.4% MoM but a rise of 25.7% YoY.
Hannstar Display saw turnover for July of NT$1.6 billion ($52.9 million), a drop of 23.3% YoY. The firm sold 181,000 large panels, down 8.6% MoM but up 19.9% YoY.
CPT reported monthly sales of NT$2.2 billion ($73.1 million), down 21.1% YoY. Large panel shipments numbered 99,000, a rise of 10% MoM but dropping 33.6% YoY.
