What They Say
KT&T is a spin-off of INT Tech of Taiwan and is based in Taizhou, China and is commercialising INT Tech technology for use in OLED microdisplay according to OLED-info.com. The firm has now developed a 0.39″ XGA device under the iNEEDXR brand that can produce up to 12,000 cd/m² of output using a direct RGB approach (rather than WOLED). The luminance is higher than was previously expected (INT Tech On Track for Q4 2021).
The site reports that KT&T is sampling the device now and is also developing a 0.6″ SVGA device (mono and full colour) and a 0.7″ FullHD colour display.
What We Think
There is nothing new technically on INT TECH’s website recently and we couldn’t track down more detail, but if we can, we’ll bring it to you. (BR)
