Germany’s Stino Eyevis GmbH will work with Intel on digital signage solutions. The partnership will make use of Intel’s Reference Design for Digital Signage (EL-10), which is based on an Intel Atom processor. It is aimed at entry-level digital signage running Android, Windows and Linux. Playback up to UltraHD is supported, as is HTML5, wired/wireless connectivity and simultaneous HD decoded streaming.
Stino will support the EL-10 with software products, including the iChannel 7 content management system cloud solution; Audioplay In-Store radio cloud service; and ePromoter, an Android-based smart remote screen management solution. Customers can use ePromoter to drag-and-drop content from an Android device to a large-format display.
Media players based on Intel’s reference design are being developed by Gigabyte and JWIPC.
