Ingram Micro is reducing its workforce at its facility in Fort Worth, Texas. The plant, which is used for wireless repairs and logistics, currently employs almost 1,300 staff. Ingram is planning to cut 937 positions by September, according to a filing, due to a ‘business reduction’ at the facility.
About 175 of the staff to be cut are directly employed by Ingram Micro. The others are listed as contractors.
