Infinitus is a DOOH firm from Slovenia, whom we have covered several times before; the company produces the popular iMotion Flow LFD range, and was demonstrating interesting products at ISE.
Record sales were achieved in 2015, and Infinitus is positive about the European DOOH market going forward. The company is currently rolling out a series of enclosed displays with Go2Digital, a Hungarian integrator, in Croatia. These units are sealed against moisture and heat, and can be used in direct sunlight.
We were impressed by the responsiveness of a wayfinding touch screen that was on show. This features procap touch from Zytronic, which produces touch overlays using copper nanowires for greater conductivity. They will work in extreme heat and cold, and can even be scratched or shattered without affecting the touch operation.
E Ink displays were shown, integrated into the rear of an enclosed iMotion module. Infinitus offers these in 6″, 10″, 13.3″ and 32″ sizes, although the largest is a made-to-order model.
At the top of the stand were two bar-type displays, the 27″ LP2751 and 34″ LP3403.
