Ignis Innovation has signed a patent license agreement with LG Display, covering its circuit technology for use in OLED displays. The agreement is non-exclusive, but specific terms were not disclosed.

I wrote a positive Display Daily about Ignis last year (Can Ignis Enable the OLED TV Market?) and this news should settle the argument about whether or not it is is supplying LG, a dispute that has been taking place on the Display Daily website since Barry Young wrote a piece about the development of OLED.
