Hulu is adding to the channels it will offer on its upcoming live TV streaming service by adding six original brands from A+E Networks to the platform, to be launched in spring this year.
The agreement between the two companies, is an affiliate deal, that adds live and on-demand streaming access to cable networks A&E, History, Lifetime, LMN, FYITM and Viceland. The channels will be added to Hulu’s core package of more than 40 live channels.
Mike Hopkins, CEO of Hulu stated that the total package deal for the consumer will be under $40.
