HTC Corporation posted a net loss in the second quarter the year of NT$8 billion ($257.8 million) on turnover of NT$33 billion ($1 billion). The company’s sales in June were down 19.5% sequentially and 60.4% year on year at NT$8.7 billion ($280.4 million), bringing sales so far this year to NT$74.5 billion ($2.4 billion), 24% lower than the corresponding period of last year.
