Funding Sought for High-End Smartwatch at CES

Credit: CnetA titanium-body smartwatch prototype, running Android 4.4, was recently spotted at CES Asia. The Rockioo Watch is currently being funded on Kickstarter (http://tinyurl.com/oa8hfqq). It has a 1.63″ OLED display (320 x 320) and features 3G connectivity, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. A micro-SIM card enables text messaging and voice calls. Fitness is the focus; the watch can withstand water up to 50m, and a running app is pre-installed. If it is funded the Rockioo Watch will be on sale for $200 or $260, depending on the model.
