Hannstar Display Corporation reported Q2 net profits of NT$829 million ($27.1 million), down from NT$1.0 billion ($34.0 million) in the year ago quarter, on revenue of NT$5.1 billion ($167.6 million), an increase from NT$4.7 billion ($153.8 million). For the half year, there were profits of NT$1.7 billion ($55.6 million) on sales of NT$9.6 billion ($312.7 million). Small mobile phone panels, medium-sized panels and panels over 11″ accounted for 70%, 18% and 12% of Q2 turnover respectively.
