Mozilla’s popular Firefox browser is now available via Amazon Fire TV streaming devices.
Fire TV already includes Amazon’s own Silk browser, so the addition of Firefox won’t bring much in the way of new functionality to the platform, though current Firefox users who own a Fire TV will be able to conveniently sync their browsing data between their Smart TVs, computers and mobile devices.
Firefox also provides an alternative method to easily watch YouTube videos, ahead of the upcoming removal of the native app from the Fire TV platform.
