Epson Launches 10 PowerLite L-Series Projectors with Apple AirPlay Support

Epson has released 10 new PowerLite L-Series laser projectors that include Apple AirPlay compatibility for wireless content streaming from iOS and Mac devices.

The portable projectors use 3-chip 3LCD technology and offer brightness levels ranging from 6,000 to 8,000 lumens. Models are available with Full HD WUXGA resolution and 4K Enhancement Technology. The units can project images up to 500 inches in 16:10 aspect ratio, with support for additional ratios including 16:6 and 21:9.

The series covers throw ratios from 0.5 to 2.2, including standard throw models and two short throw options with optical zoom. Installation features include NFC connectivity, geometric correction tools, and optional PixAlign camera support for multi-projector setups.

Remote fleet management is available through the Epson Projector Management Connected app via web browser. The projectors support multiple wireless casting protocols including AirPlay, Epson iProjection, and Miracast.

Ten models include built-in AirPlay 2: L690U, L790U, L890U, L690E, L890E, L895E, L690SU, L695SU, L790SE, and L795SE. Two models (L690SE and L695SE) are available without AirPlay functionality. Existing compatible models can add AirPlay through firmware updates.
