PMA Research has announced the top-selling projectors in the USA in February. The company divides the results into three categories: ‘pico and personal’, ‘mainstream’ and ‘4,000+ lumen’.
The February results showed Epson topping the 4,000+ lumen category with a pair of models: the Powerlite 4770W in first place and the Powerlite 1940W in third. Hitachi also had two models in the listing: the CP-X5022WN (second) and CP-WX4022WN (fifth). Optoma’s EH515 took fourth place.
In the mainstream category, InFocus’s IN114x and IN124a came in at first and fourth, respectively, while Epson’s Powerlite 97H and Powerlite X27 took second and fifth. NEC, with the NP-V332X, was third.
Aaxa led the pico and personal segment, with three models: the LED Pico (first), P300 Pico (second) and P4-X (fourth). Asus’s S1 followed in third place and Optoma’s ML750 came in fifth.
