PMA Research has announced the top-selling projectors in the USA in June. The company divides the results into three categories: ‘pico and personal’, ‘mainstream’ and ‘4,000+ lumen’.
Asus’ S1 led the ‘pico and personal’ segment for the third consecutive month. Aaxa was the big winner, however, filling the remaining four spots with the LED Pico, P300 Pico, P4-X and P3-X.
InFocus’ IN112a, always a popular model, led the ‘mainstream’ category, and also took the number four spot with the IN114a. Epson also had two projectors in the running: the Brightlink 585Wi and 595Wi, in second and third places, respectively. NEC’s NP-VE281X completed the top five.
While NEC took the top spot in the ‘4,000+ lumen’ section, with the NP-PA622U-13ZL, Epson dominated. The company’s Powerlite 1940W, 1985WU and 1980W were ranked at second, third and fourth, respectively. Hitachi’s CP-WX5022WN rounded out the top five.
