The Digital Place Based Advertising Association (DPAA) has voted Don Allman, president and CEO of Titan, onto its board of directors. Allman held positions at Foster and Kleiser (now Clear Channel Outdoor) and TDI (now Outfront Media) before joining Titan in 2002.
