Construction of the 6G flexible LTPS AMOLED factory for China Star Optoelectronics Technology in Wuhan, China, has begun. The TCL-subsidiary reported that it intended to build the new production line in April. Production is expected to start in Q2 2019, with full mass production forecast for Q1 2020. By then capacity will be 45,000 substrates per month of small and medium flexible and foldable OLEDs.
