Earlier this week, Digitimes’ sources are reported to have told the publication that Pegatron would soon be producing an ARM-based Apple MacBook, codenamed Star, with the series number N84.
The report didn’t go into any further detail — except to say that Pegatron had “declined to comment on what it called market speculations” — but shortly afterwards, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman revealed that his sources had informed him that the N84 series number actually refers to the notch design LCD iPhone launching later this year.
