Germany’s Comp Mall has released a new fanless panel PC, with a completely closed and robust stainless steel chassis. This housing, with no grooves or joints, is sealed against dust and jets of water: it is IP66-compliant.
Designed for use as a control PC, operator terminal or HMI/MMI unit, the WTP 9A66-22 is a 21.5″ panel PC. It can be used both inside and outdoors.
The 21.5″ unit has 1920 x 1080 resolution, 250 cd/m² of brightness and a 1,000:1 contrast ratio. The display is scratch-resistance. Optionally, an IP69K PCT display – suitable for steam cleaning – can be installed. It has a Core i5 or i7 processor, up to 16GB of RAM and a SATA III HDD or SSD. A special thermal management system – with an anti-condensation feature – protects the components, even when operated 24/7.
An IP67 power supply is included. All interfaces (USB (x4), RS232 (x2), GLAN, power) are accessible via downwardly-arranged IP67 screw terminals on the rear panel. WiFi and Bluetooth, with waterproof antenna, can also be installed.
