Carrerfour reported a rise in turnover of 4.1% (ex-petrol) to €21.5bn ($23.9 billion), growing 4.2% organically for Q3. For the first nine months of the year, turnover increased 3.4% to €63.9bn ($72 billion), with 5.9% growth ex-petrol. Geographically, France delivered its third year of continuous growth at 1.6% organically. The remainder of Europe followed suit, particularly in Spain and Italy, with the overall international (non-France) segment delivering 4.5% turnover growth organically. Management indicated strength returning to the Taiwanese market.
