Canon USA has promoted Nobuhiko Kitajima to the role of VP and general manager of the business imaging solutions group.
Kitajima will focus on Canon’s LFD solutions and image capture products, as well as mixed reality. He joined Canon USA in 1986, returned to Canon Inc in 1993 (having originally joined the company in 1981) and moved back to the US subsidiary in 2002.
Prior to his new appointment, Kitajima held the position of senior director.
