AUO Execs Found Guilty of CSOT Leak

The Hsinchu Court in Taiwan has found two former AUO executives guilty of leaking information, including AMOLED technologies, to CSOT (AUO Alleges Industrial Espionage, Display Monitor Vol 19 No 42).

The executives were named as Tsung-Yi Hsu, a former OLED R&D department manager, and a former R&D assistant manager, Chung-ching Hsieh. Hsu will be jailed for six months and fined NT$180,000 ($5,500). Hsieh was jailed for two months in November.
