Entertainment and communications technology company Arris International saw Q3 net profits rise to $86.8 million from $45.7 million, on sales of $1.73 billion, up 0.2% from a year earlier. For the nine months there were profits of $74.3 million, compared with losses of $77.1 million, on revenue which slipped to $4.88 billion from $5.07 billion. The firm said that momentum is returning with strong demand for products.
