With the launch of the Archos Core 55S, 57S and 60S models, the company is making smartphones with bezel-less screens accessible to as many people as possible.
Archos’ new smartphones offer 18:9 displays in smaller form-factors. Previewed at MWC 2018, the new smartphones will be available from this spring, at the respective prices of €89.99 ($110), €99.99 ($122) and €129.99 ($159).
With a 5.5″ screen size and LCD display, the Archos Core 55S embeds a quad core processor, supported by 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage capacity, expandable with a MicroSD card and two cameras—a 8-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel internal camera. The Archos Core 57S features mostly the same specs as the 55S, except for a slightly larger 5.7″ HD+ screen.
With a 6″ screen size, in a 5.5″ form-factor, the Archos Core 60S comes with an IPS HD + display with 2.5D curved edges. It features 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage capacity, plus a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual main cameras and a 5-megapixel internal camera.
