Apple Daily, a Chinese source, says that Apple is seeking a second OEM to assemble the second-generation Apple Watch. The company is apparently talking to Foxconn, Inventec and Wistron, who would join current manufacturer Quanta. Quanta’s profit from the Watch has been lower than expected, says the report, which is a concern for potential new OEMs.
