In an interview with Digitimes, AOpen president Dale Tsai revealed that the company is collaborating with Acer on a range of new enterprise solutions incorporating Acer’s AI, PC and wearable VR technology. Tsai also confirmed that AOpen will be the primary supplier of digital signage hardware for Acer’s aBeing Cloud platform, as well as providing software and support. Tsai told Digitimes:
“In addition to products, the two firms are also keenly working on the integration of their channels. In Europe and the Greater China, AOpen and Acer are already tightening their relationship and not only helping each other distribute products but also looking to grab the business opportunities from the enterprise market together”.
