nnolux has shaken up its management structure for the second time in six months. Robert Hsiao, president of the company since March 2017, has been appointed vice chairman. He is succeeded by VP James Yang, who has taken over as president.
Hsiao will also manage a TV assembly business in India to support Sharp’s expansion in the country, Innolux announced separately. Chairman James Hung commented:
“The personnel adjustment will help boost the company’s competitiveness and increase its flexibility. It will inject new growth momentum into the company”.
