Because of the specialist nature of Meko’s business and of the roles within it, agencies often have difficulty in defining the positions and have rarely been able to find suitable candidates. For this reason, Meko does not normally approach agencies in the first instance, but advertises available jobs itself.
If agencies approach us, we are willing to discuss the possibilities but will advise agencies which clearly do not handle such specialised roles against proceeding. However, where an agency feels that it could be able to help, we are willing to discuss terms, bearing in mind that we will have already advertised the position.
