Value Electronics, an independent AV retailer in New York, United States, is hosting its annual TV Shootout on September 23rd. In its 14th year, the Shootout will be streamed online to reach the largest audience of electronics enthusiasts and media. Attendees and a panel of judges will select this year’s “King of TV”.
Samsung’s Q9F is one of the TVs taking part in this year’s TV Shootout.
TVs will be evaluated on criteria including picture quality, pre- and post-calibration for day and night ambient light viewing, HDR contrast range, P3 colour fidelity, colour volume and electro-optical transfer function.
Sony’s A9F and Z9F, LG’s E8 and Samsung’s Q9F are all in the running to be named 2018’s “King of TV”.
