Panasonic, ETC and creative agency, Auditoire, recently lit up the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France using 12 PT-RQ32K “4K+” laser projectors, in celebration of the country’s World Cup win.
The “4K+” part refers to the device’s resolution of 5120 × 3200, 16:10 aspect ratio, 240Hz refresh rate and Quad Pixel Drive technology that increases its pixel count to over 49 million. The system also operates at a brightness of up to 27,000 lumens.
