Exterion Media D12 Digital Display Installed on London Underground

Exterion Media is rolling out its D12 digital advertising display across the London Underground’s Zone 1 stations. By the end of 2018, there will be over 50 D12s installed across 29 stations that will deliver a monthly reach of 5.5 million and 20 million monthly impacts, the company said.

The D12 display features a 98″ LCD screen with a 2160p resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio, operating at 25 frames per second. It’s compatible with MOV files, either uncompressed or encoded using the H.264 codec, and JPEG images.

On its website, Exterion wrote, “Reaching 72% ABC1 and 36% of 18 to 34-year-old audiences, our D12 screens will enable brands to tap into London’s young, affluent — and ultimately, hard-to-reach — audience”.
