Uniguest, a US-based cybersecurity technology provider, has announced its acquisition of UK-based digital signage and visual communications company Onelan. Uniguest says that the combined solutions will assist its customers in driving guest, shopper and resident engagement in the hospitality, office retail and community living industries respectively.
Onelan will continue to operate as a stand-alone business with its current team members, out of its Reading, UK headquarters. Uniguest will fold signage offerings into its solution set, with the new products to be made available to its clients during the second quarter of 2018.
