Toshiba and partner MIB recently completed a project, providing German supermarket chain Edeka and its subsidiaries with 120 new digital displays.
The company’s large-format TD-E493 49″ screen has been used, capable of 16 hours of operation per day, as well as double-sided pillar displays with the same TD-E493 screens facing inwards but brighter TD-Q493 screens on the outside, providing 700cd⁄m² of brightness and 24-hour operation. All screens have OPS slots and use PIN-Cloud digital signage software, allowing content to be controlled centrally.
