TPK Holdings reported its 2017 fourth quarter financial results. Consolidated revenue in Q4 reached NT$ 32.87 billion ($1.12 billion), up 33%, compared to NT$ 24.74 billion reported in Q4 of 2016. The company said “The growth momentum in revenue was primarily attributable to continued ramp-up of high-end smartphone and tablet products in the backdrop of seasonal demand and new product introductions”. Net Income was NT$ 591 million ($20.22 million), up 99%, compared to NT$ 269 million reported in Q4 of 2016.
2017 full year consolidated revenue was NT$ 107.2 billion ($3.67 billion), up 20.2% compared to 2016. Total shipments were 167 million units, up 42% compared with 2016. Net income for the year was NT$ 2.4 billion ($82.1 million).
