Kodak 360 Camera Supports UltraHD

JK Imaging, which licenses the Kodak brand, has announced a new 360º camera that can produce UltraHD ‘VR-ready’ from its 20 megapixel sensors. The front sensor can also be used for non-360º applications. The 4KVR360 includes Wi-Fi connectivity as well as Bluetooth. It has an integrated slot for microSD storage of up to 128GB. There’s a small display on top of the camera for local control, although the camera can be operated from iOS or Android phones. The camera is expected to be available early in 2017 for less than $500.
